How Digital Signage Works
We won't bombard you with the technical specifications of our digital signage products (although we can have that conversation with your IT department). But we understand that you will also want to know upfront a little about how our digital signage systems work and how they might work for you.

Hardware
There are five key hardware components which drive easyweb Digital Signage:
Screens
This is the front end of your digital signage solution and ultimately the one that you will be most interested in. We use quality commercial grade equipment for durability and high performance. And screens can be created in any dimensions, from a single 17” screen to a wall of multiple vertical 80” screens.
Players
Tucked away behind each of our screens is a small, robust, high spec, media player PC. The player receives content from a server and drives it through the screen. If for any reason the network goes down, your signage keeps on working for you.
The Server
Content for your easyweb Digital Signage is stored on a server and managed using simple content management software. The server can be part of your existing network, or easyweb can host and manage it for you. The server receives instructions over the internet or via your internal network on how and what content to display and sends them to the players.
The Network
The network allows the components of your system to talk to each other. easyweb Digital signage can be controlled via an internal network or over the internet.
Your computer
Managing your easyweb Digital Signage couldn’t be easier. Using Ryarc CampaignManager software, you can securely update content from any computer with internet access. If you don’t want or need to use all the functionality of the campaign manager software, we can create a simple web interface which will allow you to update from anywhere at all.
Software
Ryarc CampaignManager software enables information-worker level staff to easily, effectively and securely manage content on any number of screens from the comfort of their desktop.
CampaignManager will:
- Allow you to run the back end from your own network, or use a service provider.

Enable scheduling of images, web content, RSS, video, Flash, Silverlight, Terrestrial, Satellite or cable TV.

Draw content automatically from your system, such as an event management system.
- Deliver interactive, touch screen, blue tooth and face-recognition driven media to your screens.
- Run over any network you need it to, GPRS, 3G, Sat, LAN or WAN.
- Alert you when devices go down (after it ahs tried automated recovery and intervention).
- Generate reports in Excel, PDF or web of all playback activity on the network.
