At Vodafone Airside, easyweb Digital Signage serves up fresh, dynamic and cost effective media and information to some of Vodafone’s most important clients. The custom system incorporates dynamic 22” and 42” TFT displays in place of traditional print media, bypassing expensive and time consuming printing and distribution.

Rich media content in almost any format, from slideshows, through video to flash animations showcase the style and sophistication of one of the world’s largest mobile phone service providers.
 

24hr Interaction

Providing an information service even when the store is not staffed, easyweb touchscreen technology is like having an extra (tireless!) pair of hands on staff.

Frequent enquiries on international roaming rates are now handled by the interactive ‘Global Roaming’ portal, freeing up staff to keep clients happy in other ways.

Two 42 inch fully interactive touchscreen displays are on hand to assist and entice clients at Vodafone Airside. Clients can access Vodafone’s online information and advice systems, where they can search for product information, tariffs, contracts and anything else they may need assistance with.

Three 22 inch dynamic easyweb Digital Signage screens showcase the latest products and offers in store. The screens are fully updateable with a content management system that enables Vodafone staff to schedule special campaigns and feed information on specific products to relevant parts of the store.
 

Full technical support

Our products are built tough, so technical issues seldom arise. We carry out remote routine maintenance and detect most problems before they become apparent. But if one should arise, easyweb’s 1300 number provides Vodafone staff access to our experienced engineers.
