Once a decision has been made to install a digital signage solution, there are literally thousands of options to choose from. Whether you’re looking for a large scale dynamic network or a single screen, our expertise is in devising the system that meets your requirements and suits your budget.

Digital signage systems are composed of several different parts of which the screen is just the most visible. Even a single screen will also require a media player and the software to display content. Larger systems also often need a server and software whose components need to be installed on players, the server and on a local computer. Developers will offer stand alone software to run specific systems. Media player manufacturers will often also provide software that runs on their hardware, and some screen manufacturers will offer a complete package. The problem is that hardware manufacturers are seldom focused on software development, so a seemingly good deal can often be cumbersome, ineffective and ultimately expensive.

The key to making digital signage work is in getting the right components to interact as a complete system. At easyweb we work to understand current and future client requirements and then put together the system to suit.

Physical integration

Digital signage adds a digital dimension to an existing physical environment. This is a particularly important point in selecting screens and designing the content to be displayed. Both must be incorporated into existing colour schemes with appropriate branding. Consideration must also be given to existing lighting and how far away from the screen viewers are expected to be.

We work with a trusted network of digital and interior design specialists, cabinet makers and installers, (and, of course, our clients’ marketing people) to ensure a seamless integration of physical and virtual environments.

We use flexible, powerful and user-friendly software to ensure content can be easily updated or scheduled to display later. And where appropriate, we create the code that enables information to be displayed automatically from events management and other systems.

 
Full technical support

As with all easyweb products, our systems are backed up with full technical support via our 1300 number from 8am-8pm (AEST), 365 days a year. We provide training for system users and if there is a problem, valuable time will not be wasted trying to work out whether it originates with the server or the screen. We will identify the fault and rectify it.
