easyweb Kiosks come with twelve months warranty, remote maintenance and telephone support as standard. We only use quality branded hardware, industry best kiosk software combined with casino grade cash acceptors to ensure a reliable, fully featured, low maintenance internet kiosk solution.

That being said, these are computers, and when things do go wrong, we are here to help! We'll keep everything up to date and running smoothly via remote support and maintenance and if you or your clients experience a problem, our technicians are just a phone call away.

All our Kiosks include remote support, updates and maintenance. We perform routine maintenence on our kiosks on a regular basis and as required to perform updates to our software to keep your kiosks running at peak performance. This service will be performed in the background with no interruption to you internet kiosk service.
 
 
 
 

Support

Our support desk operates from 8am until 8pm (AEST), 365 days a year to answer your questions and resolve technical difficulties. Our technicians can connect to your kiosk remotely to identify and resolve most problems. And if we can’t fix the problem that way, we’ll send you a new unit. 
 
 
Warranty

In the unlikely event of total hardware failure, we will repair or replace your kiosk.

Your kiosk comes with a twelve month return-to-base warranty to protect you against faulty equipment that cannot be repairedvia remote control. In the event of a hardware failure you simply send the kiosk back to us and we will then repair and ship the kiosk back to you.

The above services are for one year from the date of purchase of your kiosk. This means a hassle free internet experience for you and your clients and no hidden charges or ongoing fees.

We also provide the option to extend your warranty beyond the first year, upgrade your support level to include rapid collect and replace or on-site support. See below for these options:


  Basic Plan - 1 year included with all internet kiosks  

12 month remote maintenance, support & replacement warranty
 
Routine monthly maintenence and updates performed by remote control technology plus a return-to-base warranty to protect you against faulty equipment that cannot be repaired via remote control. In the event of a hardware failure you simply send the kiosk back to us for repair and we'll ship the kiosk back to you.
 
Each additional year $400 plus GST


  Extended Plan - 1 year for an additional $300 plus GST  

Collect and replace warranty - cost effective fast kiosk replacement

Includes everything in the basic support but adds rapid replacement guarantee. We ship you an identical unit that you simply connect in place of your old unit and you just pop the faulty unit into the box that the replacement unit arrived in. We will arrange the collection of the faulty unit. This provides minimal interruption to your service and you do not have to wait for kiosk repair.

 
Additional year $700 plus GST


  Total Care Plans  
Full on-site support - turnkey internet access solution
 
You leave everything to us. We will monitor the kiosk remotely and provide on-site support to repair or replace the kiosk.
