Company Profile

easyweb kiosk is a leading designer and builder of digital environments. Our key products comprise end-to-end digital signage, touchscreen kiosks and fixed and wireless internet access solutions.

As our name suggests, we focus on providing sophisticated value-add solutions that make our clients’ lives easier. This means we work hard to understand client needs, design and build quality solutions to meet those needs and then provide full technical support for our products in the field.

Founding Director Darryl Clarke began trading as easyweb in 2005 with two internet kiosks in a hotel in Melbourne. Recognising a gap in the market for fully supported end-to-end digital information systems, easyweb has since then expanded its range of products and services while maintaining the focus on quality and ease of use. easyweb has experienced exponential growth over the last five years, whilst continuing to provide the personal service of a sole trader. Today, we have installed and continue to manage over 400 kiosks, 100 wireless internet hotspots and a growing network of digital signage and touchscreen systems operating in locations throughout Australia.

The easyweb team now boasts an expansive set of technical and creative skills amongst our hardware specialists, software developers, IT security professionals and graphic designers. Our aim is to build systems that are robust, innovative, attractive and easy to manage.

easyweb solutions incorporate one or more of four core components:

Digital Signage

In the form of video walls, single screens or extensive digital screen networks, digital signage is a rapidly expanding part of easyweb business. easyweb installs and supports digital signage systems in all environments from small retail outlets to large sporting venues.

Custom Kiosks

easyweb Custom Kiosks incorporate touchscreen technology that enables our clients to interact with theirs. Providing complex or location specific information and easing pressure on frontline staff, easyweb Custom Kiosks can be found in premier retail environments and public precincts.

Internet Kiosks

User friendly set-&-forget public internet kiosks that require zero staff interaction wherever the kiosks are located. easyweb Internet Kiosks can be found in large hotel chains, small accommodation providers, cafes, and visitor centres around Australia. easyweb provides a fully managed flexible and secure service with coin or card-operated payment options.

Wireless Hotspots

easyweb has developed and supports a range of wi-fi hotspot products which enable businesses to offer their clients paid or free wireless internet access. We install and support hotspots in large and small accommodation establishments, hospitals or anywhere wireless internet access might be required. Our recently launched Happy Hotspot, which allows small businesses to offer free access to customers, while maintaining control of downloads and bandwidth, is proving a particularly popular product with rapidly increasing sales. There are now more than 100 wireless hotspots on our network expanding network from metro Sydney to the remotest areas of the Kimberley in Western Australia.
