We service tens of thousands of clients every year with casual public internet access through our many service outlets. We take customer service and satisfaction seriously. That being said, we do work with computers and from time to time, though very rarely, things don't work like they should. But worry not, we will always go out of our way to put things right by offering you a full refund or a replacement access method where applicable.
If you have had any difficulty with our payment system then simply call us on 1300 135 249 between the hours of 8am to 9pm, seven days a week and we will get things put right. Outside of these hours you can leave a message on our monitored phone system or complete our support form
