Fiori required Easyweb to install in-room internet and one wireless internet hotspot at its cafe.

In-room Internet:

In order to provide the best service possible to their guests, Fiori requested Easyweb to install in-room internet throughout their multi-floor Parramatta site.

When installing in-room internet, there is no need to have your rooms rewired. Using the existing telephone cable that is already installed into your building removes the need for expensive rewiring. Transparent to analog telephones; power and broadband are delivered over a single pair of telephone wires. No rooms need to be shut down and installation into each room takes less than 20 minutes.

The process is simple: we easily install our switch device into your telecoms room that will turn your existing PABX network into a high speed data network. We then add a self powering wall plate into each room where the existing telephone plugs into, connect the telephone back into this wall plate and provide a CAT5 cable for users to connect to their computers. Our wall plates snap-on to your existing wall plate and eliminate the need for in-room modems and in-room power supplies that can be unplugged or stolen.

Simple, easy to install and no need to close rooms for rewiring.

Wireless Hotspot (Wifi):

To cater for guests, visiting clients and occasional passing trade with laptops, iPhones, etc, Fiori requested the installation of wireless internet via a wifi hotspot.

Easyweb Wireless Hotspot users access the wireless internet by using a pre-paid card (that they purchase from you) or via direct online payment by using a credit card. Users create an Easyweb Wireless internet account and are free to roam from wifi hotspot to wifi hotspot wherever they see the Easyweb Wireless internet logo.

By using Easyweb Kiosk for their wireless internet kiosks, the Fiori Apartments are able to simply and easily provide a full internet kiosk service to their customers. Our 1300 support number is available to them should they need solutions to any problems. Easyweb handles everything else.
